Repeat Row 1 until the tube measures 38 (52) cm / 12.5” (20”. Cut tail with at least 15” / 40cm. The st count does not change till the end.
Blocking is optional but if you want to block, this is when you should do it.
Finishing
Take the 14 (18) cm elastic band and use the bobby pin to insert one of its ends through your scrunchie (hold the other end) and go all the way out. Tie off the two ends of the elastic into a nice knot.
Join using sl st corresponding stitches on the other side of the tube.
Weave in the ends. Enjoy your scrunchie!
